When it comes to the Star Wars prequels, the trilogy gets a bit of a bad rap. After all, The Phantom Menace is the lowest-rated movie in the whole saga despite the fact that it brought in well over a billion at the global box office. The prequels do certainly have some problems, but if you give them another look, you'll probably find that they have plenty going on that can make even the most rabid Star Wars fan happy.
This list highlights some of the best small details of the first three chapters in the Skywalker Saga that prove the movies are better than most fans remember. Give these details another look, and if you find something that makes you consider giving the movies a rewatch, be sure to give it an upvote to see which one rises to the top.

Obi-Wan Keeps Track Of The Number Of Droid Ships He's Destroyed
Redditor u/magidmarvel pointed out how lighting and framing worked in Revenge of the Sith to illustrate a Jedi's grasp with the Force:
In Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith (2005), when Anakin and Obi-Wan speak for the last time as friends, Anakin is standing in the dark and Obi-Wan in the light, representing their status within the Force.

Senator Palpatine's True Nature Is Revealed At The End Of 'The Phantom Menace'
Redditor u/badwolf422 revealed the true nature of the music used to highlight Senator Palpatine:
In The Phantom Menace (1999), the parade music from the finale is the same melody as the Emperor's theme from Return of the Jedi, just in a major key and higher tempo. This subtly indicates that Palpatine is the one who truly comes out on top by the end of the film.
