Stephen King has written some of the most gruesome and complex villains in literature, many of whom have made their way onto the big screen. Fans have spent decades analyzing the characters and what makes them tick. There's the passionate yet jealous Annie Wilkes in Misery; Carrie White, who yearns to be normal; and Pennywise the Dancing Clown, who's just pure evil.
Here is a look at iconic Stephen King villains and the zodiac signs that boast both their positive and less savory traits. King himself is a Virgo (born September 21, 1947), but we'll stick to analyzing his villains. Which King malefactor represents your horror-scope?

Much like your typical Aries, Jack Torrance has an abundance of enthusiasm, determination, and passion for the book he plans to write while taking care of the Overlook Hotel. However, his darker quality of impulsivity, and the fact that he's living in a haunted hotel, leads him to start drinking again, which sparks his short temper.
These fire sign traits shift into full on Aries aggression in The Shining's climax as Jack attempts to eliminate his family, and ultimately becomes his downfall. If Aries is your zodiac sign, just remember not to let a hedge maze get the best of you.

In many ways, Margaret White embodies the devoted and responsible nature of a Taurus. She's portrayed in both the book and film adaptations of Carrie as a deeply religious woman who's determined to lead her daughter down the path of righteousness.
Margaret also exhibits the classic weaknesses of a Taurus. She's incredibly stubborn when it comes to Carrie going to prom or living her own life, and she becomes possessive when she thinks she is losing control over her daughter. Margaret's alarmingly uncompromising nature eventually leads to the demise of both her and her daughter.
Gemini (May 21-June 20): Arnie CunninghamPhoto: Christine/Columbia Pictures
The story of Christine begins with Arnie Cunningham as the nerdy protagonist, who exhibits several positive and negative traits of Gemini throughout the plot. Like most Geminis, Arnie is extremely curious and taken when he first happens upon "Christine," a 1958 Plymouth Fury. Arnie also shows the Gemini quality of being affectionate, although that affection toward Christine moves in an unhealthy way as the plot progresses.
Geminis can sometimes be inconsistent, which we see in Arnie as he moves from protagonist to antagonist throughout the course of the book and film. The more time he spends with Christine, the more his personality changes, until he's ultimately the villain of his own story, with Christine driving him to commit terrible acts.
Cancer (June 21-July 22): Rose The HatPhoto: Doctor Sleep/Warner Bros.
Those born under the sign of Cancer tend to be family oriented, maybe even a little clannish, and often possess a maternal nature. Rose The Hat acts as a sort of matriarch for The Knot, and is tenacious in getting as much "steam" as possible for her cult throughout Doctor Sleep.
Rose The Hat is also highly imaginative, astral-projecting into Abra Stone's mind, and using her powerful gifts to stay alive for centuries. Cancer signs also have the ability to be manipulative, a trait Rose uses to recruit Snakebite Andi to do her bidding, as well as keeping The Knot in line. Not to mention the hundreds of poor children that have fallen under her spell over the centuries.
