Hailing from Chula Vista, Ati’s Warriors exploded all over the southern California hardcore scene in 1991 with the debut 7-inch record “I’ll Show You Mine If You Show Me Yours.” Their unique brand of hardcore punk/Christian rap crossover, punctuated by contemporary jungle beat set the pace for the Straight Edge music scene of the 1990’s. In Spring 2014 the band went on a spiritual hiatus after Ch-Cha-Chad slipped in the bathtub and broke his pompadour.
