When twitter user @TheBlackNerd asked their followers to share stories of haunting customer interactions they probably never expected the responses to be THIS haunting. From customers losing their cool over out of stock items to paying for things with way too many pennies, these stories remind us to treat customer service employees with kindness, cause you never know what kind of day they're having. One time at Starbucks, I was cleaning the restrooms and knocked on the women's restroom door and the response I got was an angry "WHO IS IT?"

In 1981 I was a convenience store cashier. One night a guy asked for Playboy. I procured it from the adult magazines behind the counter.
