The Big Game is coming up between the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs, and in addition to the Vince Lombardi Trophy that will go to the 2020 Super Bowl champions, the hardware most players want to win is the Super Bowl MVP trophy.

The list of Super Bowl MVPs includes many quarterbacks, including Tom Brady who has the most Super Bowl MVPs with four, but last year, the Super Bowl 53 MVP award went to Brady's favorite receiver, Julian Edelman. A pair of linebackers have also won the award over the past 10 years. Meanwhile, Chuck Howley of the 1970 Dallas Cowboys is the only player to win Super Bowl MVP by playing for the losing team.

Who will it be this year? Super Bowl 54 is filled with some of the best players from the 2019 NFL season, including quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes of the Chiefs and Jimmy Garoppolo of the 49ers. Defensive stars like Frank Clark, Nick Bosa, and Richard Sherman will be in the running.
