Superbad is one of those cult films that literally never gets old. I mean, who can't get enough of McLovin, right? Jonah Hill and Michael Cera take center stage playing two high schoolers about to graduate and head off to college, and in typical dark comedy fashion, this movie takes you on a freakin' ride.

The film came out in 2007, but if you were wondering what the actors from it look like in 2021, you might be surprised with how much they've changed.

  • Emma Stone played Jules, Seth's love interest in the 2007 film. Stone has continued a successful acting career, with stints like the critically acclaimed La La Land, for which she won the Oscar for Best Actress, rom-com Easy A, 2021's Cruella, and much more. In fact, in 2017, she was the world's highest paid actress, according to Forbes.

  • The inimitable character of McLovin, aka Fogell, is portrayed by Christopher Mintz-Plasse, a hilarious actor and comedian. You might know him from Kick-A*s or Neighbors, but you definitely know him as the fake I.D.-buying, nerdy McLovin that the world knows and loves.

  • Jonah Hill played Seth back in 2007, an awkward high schooler who just wanted to party. Hill is known not only for Superbad, but also for 21 Jump Street, The Wolf of Wall Street, and more. Today, Hill is almost unrecognizable after some weight loss and fully grown-out facial hair. He's still acting, screenwriting, and directing, including the 2018 film Mid90s.
