"Taken 2" movie quotes allow action movie audiences to revisit the Liam Neeson thriller "Taken" in its sequel. The kidnapping-themed film released on October 5, 2012, follows up with the Mills family in a new adventure. Olivier Megaton directs the film while Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen are back as writers.
In "Taken 2," daughter Kim (Maggie Grace) and ex-wife Lenore (Famke Janssen) surprise Bryan (Liam Neeson) in Istanbul to create a reunion of sorts. The three are enjoying the beauty of the town but that all changes when Murad Hoxha, Chief Crime Lord of the Albanian Mafia, learns that the Mills family is near. Murad and Bryan have plenty of unfinished business to take care. Murad's son Marko kidnapped Kim then Bryan killed Marko, among others in Murad's gang, as a result.
But in "Taken 2," it's not Kim that is kidnapped, it's actually Bryan and Lenore who was snatched up by Murad's men. This leaves the family with little hope on how they will escape but luckily they have Kim still free and ready to follow in the footsteps of her father to battle these villains."Taken 2" joins the action-packed lineup of fall 2012 movies which also includes notable titles such as "End of Watch, "Dredd 3D," "Lawless," "Resident Evil: Retribution," "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," "Trouble with the Curve," "The Master," "The Words," and "The Inbetweeners."
Bryan: "Where are you?"
Kim: "I'm right by the steam."
Bryan: "Drop the gun down the vent."
Kim: "Oh god, they're here. They're coming."
Bryan: "Drop the gun, Kim, then run. Go!"
Kim: "They're coming."
Murad: "This man is our enemy. He slaughtered our men, our brothers, our sons. We're going to find him. We're going to have our revenge. He is here. I want two or three of them, alive."Once Murad gets wind that Bryan and his family are in Istanbul, he gathers his men and advises them of their plan to avenge the death of Marko Hoxha, Murad's son who was previously killed by Bryan after Marko took Bryan's daughter, Kim, hostage.
Bryan: "Listen to me carefully, Kim. They have taken your mother and me. People are going to come for you too. Kim, this is not a game."
Kim: "Tell me what to do. I can do it."
Bryan: "Take the case. Take the map. You'll see a scale on the top in kilometers. Do you see it?"
Kim: "Yeah, I see it."
Bryan: "Draw a circle with the hotel in the center of it. Draw another circle with the market in the center of it. Now, take one of those little cats, the ones with the pins on the top. I want you to go to the balcony with the grenade, pull the pin out of it, count to three so I can hear it, then toss it as far as you can. Keep the phone on so I can hear the explosion."
Kim: "One, two, three"
Bryan: "One, two, three, four... I want you to take one of the guns and two of the grenades. Get up to the rooftop and wait for my call. I love you, Kim."
Kim: "What are you going to do?"
Bryan: "What I do best"
Kim: "Where's mom?"
Bryan: "She's fine. She's not far."
Kim: "Where is she?"
Bryan: "Come on, Kim, move!"
Kim: "Where are we going?"
Bryan: "We have to go to the embassy."
Kim: "I'm not sure I can."
Bryan: "Do you know how to shoot?"
Bryan: "Then drive."
