This serial killer birthday list will feature any famous murderers that were born between April 20 and May 20. These serial killer birthdays fall under the Taurus sign, meaning many were incredibly stubborn and driven.

Taurus killers like H. H. Holmes were led by their desires for drastic self-care, including a life of luxury, as well as unlimited outlets for their baser impulses. Albert Fish and Karla Homolka are another two of the horrifying serial killers who have birthdays under the Taurus sun.

If you’re a Taurus, and you were curious about serial killer zodiac signs, the below list are all the scary killers who were born under the same sun. Birthday: May 16, 1861

Serial killer name: America's First Serial Killer, The Beast of Chicago, Doctor Death, The Devil in the White City, H. H. Holmes (birth name Herman Webster Mudgett)

    Taurus qualities:

    • H. H. Holmes is a Taurus killer to a T; always moving forward at full speed, whether in regards to his many insurance frauds, new business ideas, or in building his infamous "Murder Castle."
    • He was very focused on his own wants and desires, always out for more money, no matter how much he stole or earned. He built a massive hotel in the middle of Chicago during the World's Columbian Exposition, devoted entirely to carrying out his own fantasies of a very disturbing and violent nature.
    • At times he could be dependable, as in with crime partner Benjamin Pitezel or girlfriends, such as Julia Smythe. However, as in both of the above cases, Holmes was quick to dispatch of anyone who annoyed him or tried to cross him.
    • Tauruses can get stuck in their comfort zones, at risk of becoming stagnant, and in this case, Holmes' comfort zone was his insurance scams, which eventually led to his capture, arrest, and eventual death, due to hanging.
    • Despite often being controlled by his more violent impulses, Holmes was also very capable when he put his mind to something, and graduated from University of Michigan's Department of Medicine and Surgery in 1884, hence his nickname, "Dr. Death."
  • Albert Fish

    Birthday: May 19, 1870

Serial killer name: The Boogey Man, The Brooklyn Vampire, Werewolf of Wysteria, The Gray Man, Moon Maniac

    Taurus qualities:

    • Albert Fish was very stuck in his own comfort zone, but his obsession happened to be self-mutilation, and later, violence and cannibalism.
    • Fish's violent tendences were born out of his time at a state orphanage, when his widowed mother could not care for his siblings, and left them there. She later came back to get Fish, but by then, the damage was down. He would move full speed ahead with his violent sexual fantasies.
    • Thankfully, Fish was loyal enough to his family not to hurt his own children, but we sadly cannot say the same for other people's children.
    • Fish was stubborn and blinded by his own desires, heartlessly sending a horrifying confession letter taunting the family of 10-year-old Grace Budd, one of his victims.
    • Fish's proclivity for self-mutilation was so strong, that it took longer to execute him via electric chair because he had inserted so many needles into his body, and it interfered with the process.
  • Birthday: May 4, 1970

Serial killer name: Barbie (one-half of the Ken and Barbie Killers duo); Karla's Web; Sexy Killer Karla

    Taurus qualities:

    • Karla Homolka was 100 percent loyal to her partner, Paul Bernardo, but that's the problem.
    • She became obsessed, not with her own desires, but the desires of her increasingly violent partner, Bernardo.
    • Many believe she saw her little sister as getting in the way of her relationship with Bernardo, since he admitted wanting to sleep with her, so she had to do something about it. This resulted in the infamously brutal assault and murder of her younger sister, Tammy Homolka.
    • Karla was very stubborn, believing her own lies so wholeheartedly, that even the police believed her to be a victim, pulled under Bernardo's spell. She testifed for them, in exchange for a lesser sentence. Later, video footage would prove she was just as involved in the crimes, if not more so, leading the Canadian press to dub her plea deal, a "Deal with the Devil."
  • Birthday: May 9, 1956

    Taurus qualities:

    • Elmer Wayne Henley certainly had a desire for the finer things in life, first getting involved with the twisted web of Dean "The Candy Man" Corll. He helped procure teenage boys for Corll to assault and murder for $200 a piece.
    • Despite knowing Corrl's dark intentions, Henley seemed devoted to him, and continued to work for him (along with David Brooks) from early 1972, to the death of Corll in 1973.
    • Henley was loyal to Corll up to a point, but apparently decided enough was enough in August 1973. That night Henley fatally shot Corll as he tried to kill Timothy Kerley and Rhonda Williams.
  • Dagmar Overbye

    Birthday: April 23, 1887

    Taurus qualities:

    • By all accounts, Dagmar Overbye seemed reliable and responsible, working as a middle man between families looking to adopt and mothers of unwanted babies.
    • However, what none of these women realized was Overbye, seemingly unflinching in her goal to better her life, would just kill the babies as soon as they left.
    • Dagmar was caught for speeding forward in her plans too quickly, when a mother returned a day later looking for her child, who was know nowhere to befound.
    • She was, however, practical, realizing when she'd been busted. She admitted to Danish police that she had killed 16 children, though she was only charged with murdering nine, due to lack of evidence.
  • Issei Sagawa

    Birthday: April 26, 1949

Serial killer name: The Kobe Cannibal, Pang

    Taurus qualities:

    • Issei Sagawa painted himself into a corner by obsessing over his size and health issues, after being born with a small intestine disease called enteritis. He never got over his more diminutive size.
    • He convinced himself that killing and eating another human would allow him to "absorb their strength," and moved full steam ahead on accomplishing this macabre goal.
    • People born in Taurus are sensual and tactile, and consider touch and taste the most important senses. Clearly this mindset also applies to Sagawa, who accomplished his cannabil dreams in 1981.
    • Sagawa was comitted to his hedonistic impulses, which in a cruel twist seemed to do him well. He was sent to a mental institution as the French judge ruled him legally insane and unfit to stand trail.
    • He went on to become a celebrity of sorts, with many covering his story. He even wrote books on the murder. His popularity led to him being deported to Japan, but since the French court documents were sealed, he could not be detained. He went free.
