After the debacle of Wade Wilson's appearance in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the solo Deadpool movie set out to stick to the spirit of Marvel's most irreverent psychopath. Not only did Deadpool break the fourth wall and crack wise just as Wade Wilson should, but he also sported a surprisingly comics-accurate costume, complete with expressive digital eye action.
Every iteration of the Iron Man armor is not only incredibly cool but somehow incredibly believable. We all totally bought a flying, laser shooting, human-piloted suit of armor for four, going on five movies now.

Captain America — Captain America: The Winter Soldier
His S.H.I.E.L.D. suit from the comics blends in perfectly with the real world. In our world, this doesn't look out of place in any way. A welcomed change from the very tricky stars and stripes suit that never quite looks right in 3-D.
One of the best most recent costumes seen on film. Buck Barnes returns to reek havoc on his former friend dressed like this, and it's straight out of the comics.
