Andy's Parents Were Introduced With Different Names
Andy's parents are introduced with different names but also in season 6 he says on secretary's day, "If it wasn't for secretaries, I wouldn't have a step-mom."
I just noticed this massive plot hole. Micheal donated his childhood bike without training wheels into the toy box, however a pre-episode joke later on is that Micheal never learned how to ride a bike.
Meredith could not have been sleeping with a Hammermill rep for discounts on supplies for 5 years when Dunder Mifflin's contract with Hammermill happened only ~2 years before at the business convention.
When Pam is walking around her high school (during "Job Fair") she talks about always faking her period to get out of volleyball/gym class... then in "Company Picnic" we see her go full Misty May on everyone.
