Hey LA dwellers, how would you rank the worst parts of town to drive in? What spots would you rather volunteer for a root-canal over driving through? I've included times of day in my list, as most roads aren't *always* congested (exception: 405). Vote for the WORST and add your personal hell-spot if it's missing.
