One of the toughest things about self-quarantine is forgetting to take care of yourself. For those obeying Shelter In Place or Safer At Home advisories, the world has effectively come to a halt. The normal day-to-day chores and rituals we humans do to sustain ourselves begin to slip and erode down as we unfortunately spiral into madness. How bad do you have it? Many have chosen to forgo regular pants and haven't done their hair in weeks rather than maintaining their routines during self-quarantine. Vote up your habits most disrupted while quarantined.

Sure, a shower can feel amazing after a day of wallowing in isolated depression, but have you ever had wine with breakfast and not felt guilty in the slightest? Did you know that a block of cheese by itself totally counts as a full meal? Embrace the spiral! This is a list of all the things we've been putting on the back burner that we really should be doing, but simply aren't, either by choice or by law.
