List Rules Vote up the stars who deserve more recognition and fame in 2019.

Every year B, C, and D list celebrities cross their fingers and hope against hope that they’ll get the recognition they deserve and ascend to the A-list so they can rub elbows with Ben Affleck or one of the many Chrises that Hollywood has to offer. As impossible as this dream might sound, it’s totally possible. Your favorite bubbling under actor or musician can be on the top of the world by the end of next year. Maybe they’ll even date Taylor Swift (every B-lister’s dream).

What is a B-list celebrity? And why aren't the stars on this list standing on top of the Hollywood sign? While everyone on here is critically acclaimed and maybe even a little famous, they’re either relegated to the sidelines in huge comic book movies, or they’re taking lead roles in indie projects. While that’s cool, it’s not how you end up on the top of the entertainment food chain.

To put a positive spin on it, the B-list is a cool place to be. It’s full of rappers you've been sleeping on, underrated actors who are due for a break in 2019, singer-songwriters that are on every top 50 list, and they’ve all worked with Donald Glover at some point. The list below includes actors and actresses that deserve more recognition and artists that are about to break out. voe up the folks who should be a bigger deal.
