Phase One of the Marvel Cinematic Universe started with 2008's Iron Man and ended with 2012's The Avengers, with The Incredible HulkIron Man 2Thor, and Captain America: The First Avenger happening in between. Those movies feature some seriously awesome superheroes with some seriously awesome weapons and fighting skills. While most people fixate on the action scenes in the newest MCU movies, the first ones established the characters and their powers, so you should not forget about them.

Thankfully the following fans remembered or we wouldn't have all these amazing weapon and combat details from Phase One of the MCU.

    According to a Redditor, the tank "is actually an m3 Stuart, an American light tank, as they were much easier and cheaper to find, especially at the start of the war." Redditor u/lukefairchild added that the filmmakers "were so period correct they were period incorrect just to be even more correct."
