    Wasp trap. Sweet fluid and dish soap go in bottom. Stinging insects fly in, dish soap eliminates surface tension and coats them. They die/drown.

    Yup, it's a taser dart.

    They may want it. In the states officers have to collect the darts and some sort of confetti material that comes out when fired and place into evidence.
