The 2016 presidential election is one of the most important milestones in America’s short history. All elections are meaningful, but this one feels different. Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump represent two vastly different ideals, and their constituents hold wildly different beliefs. No matter where you fall on the Clinton/Trump (or Johnson/Stein) spectrum, you probably have a plan for when it's all over. So, what will you do if Hillary Clinton wins the election? Are you the kind of Republican who will take this loss as a sign to begin hustling for a more conservative local government? Are you going into a hole for a year to do nothing but post awful comments online? Or perhaps you and your #nasty friends already have a bar picked out for your celebration?
Seriously, what will you do if Hillary Clinton is president? It’s important to realize that, no matter which candidate you’re voting for, you shouldn’t be a creep when the winner is declared. There’s no need to egg Trump Tower if Hillary loses (well, maybe). On the opposite end of the discussion, if you were hoping for a Trump landslide, it’s important to take a Clinton victory seriously, and accept it. Remember, you can always affect change at a local level and during mid-term elections, unless you’re going to give up on voting all together.
Regardless of what happens in the election, one thing's for sure - this poll isn't rigged. Let the world know what you'll do if HRC wins by voting.
