With the NFL season not too far away, prognosticators, pundits and the like are already readying their predictions for the 2014 NFL season. With the draft in the rearview mirror, it's time for the offseason workouts and training camps to get going, and with that, it won't be until September to determine which team improved the most from free agency. There are a number of teams that did their best to improve, but there are a number of teams that will inevitably take a step backwards because that's just life in the NFL. It can be for a multitude of reasons, injuries, regression, or even age, but either way, there are a few teams that will fall back to the pack. While it's difficult to determine who that will be at this point, why not have a little fun and give it the old college try?
Which NFL team will have the worst record in 2014? It can't possibly be the Texans, right? Losing 14 games to end a season is pretty difficult, so it's inconceivable for it to happen again, especially for a team that has the talent that Houston has. Will it be Oakland? The Raiders picked up a slew of veterans this offseason and strengthened both sides of the ball. But will that be enough? The same goes for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
