Real Estate Would Be Hella AffordablePhoto: 20th Televison
Living near a Hellmouth would mean a serious slashing on home prices. People keep moving away or dying, so the property values must be insane. There's just way too much supply for the demand. And, really, can you put a price on a two-story home in Southern California with a basement? As long as you're not squeamish about vampires knocking on your door demanding you invite them in, you're looking at the chance to own a home before you turn 35. That's unheard of for most Millennials. What's the odd brush with the undead against being a home owner?Agree or disagree?

Halloween Is Next Level In SunnydalePhoto: 20th Century Television
No other town does Halloween like Sunnydale. If you love the spookiest holiday of the year, you're in for a treat (and some tricks) when All Hallows' Eve kicks off.
Once you suit up for Halloween, you can become your costume. So if you fancy being a superhero, a ghost, or a famous person from history, Halloween is your night. You could be Spider-Man, or Marilyn Monroe, or the Kool-Aid Man. The possibilities are both endless, and infinitely more interesting than bobbing for apples.Agree or disagree?

Making Friends Means A Bond For LifePhoto: 20th Century Television
Fair-weather friends are an alien concept in Sunnydale. Nothing bonds a group of humans together like a traumatic experience, and there's no shortage of those in town. If you're looking for some forever friendship, then Sunnydale is the hamlet for you.
In fact, you could take it one step further and test the limits of "forever." You just have to become a vampire. Some of these guys have been hanging out with each other for upwards of 100 years. Now that's real friendship. Move to Sunnydale: come for the weather, stay for the long-lasting friendships forged in the face of imminent death.Agree or disagree?

A Slayer Is Never Far AwayPhoto: 20th Television
Okay, so maybe the Hellmouth and the vampires and the demons are too much of a deterrent to make a move. They're not going to be a problem – Sunnydale isn’t just vampire-ville, it's also Slayer-central.
At first there was only Buffy, but ever since Season 7, when all the potential Slayers around the world were woken up, you'd never need to fear a vampire attack again. Sunnydale is straight-up hemorrhaging Slayers.Agree or disagree?
