The Best Athletes At The 2022 Winter Olympics

List Rules
Vote up the athletes who will win the most gold medals.

Who are the best athletes to watch at the 2022 Winter Olympics? At the last Winter Olympics, five countries won at least 20 total medals - Canada, Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, and the United States of America. All five nations will once again deploy plenty of strong medal contenders in 2022, but smaller countries such as Estonia and New Zealand which traditionally don't typically compete for the podium will also be pushing for gold thanks to a generation of up-and-coming young stars. So, who are the Olympic athletes to watch at this year's games? Which Winter Olympians do you love to see compete?

Legendary snowboarder Shaun White heads a lineup of USA stars at the Winter Olympics. White notably holds the world record for the most Olympic gold medals by a snowboarder. Competing against White in competitions will be Yuto Totsuka and Ayumu Hirano of Japan. Then there's the Bø brothers -Tarjei and Johannes - who look to claim gold in the biathlon. While Eileen Gu hopes to make her mark in women's free skiing in only her first Winter Olympics.

Vote up the Olympic athletes you want to watch most and the Olympic stars you think will find themselves atop the podium. Then check out the best USA athletes to watch at the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022.
