If you’ve been subjected to a dinner with more than four people, or even the dreaded birthday dinner, then you know the pain that a group dinner can be. People Will Flake
Even if you get everyone to agree on a time and location, there will be a few friends that totally flake on you and force you change your reservation for a party of 15 to a party of five. And don't expect an apology text in the morning.
Choosing a Location Is Impossible
It's hard enough to get two people to agree on a restaurant, so good luck trying to get four or more people to decide on a place to eat. Especially if any of your friends are vegan or gluten free.
Picking a Time That's Good for Everyone Won't Happen
Trying to pick a time that works for all your busy friends is impossible. Inevitably someone will be getting off work late that day or they'll be driving from across town or get caught in traffic.
Splitting the Check
When the check comes at the end of the night, you just know you're either going to be stuck at the restaurant for an extra hour dividing the tip or you're going to end up paying for that whole chicken that your friend ordered and barely touched.
