What Don't You Miss About High School?

Some people say high school is the best time of your life, but is it really? Sure, you're probably spared the constant pressure of paying bills, but that doesn't mean high school is a fun, stress-free time.  

In retrospect, there are a ton of things about high school no sane adult would accept. These universal high school issues may seem ordinary while you're still in the system, but once you've graduated, it's hard not to feel shocked by all the ridiculous nonsense you put up with. 

Hormones run hot, and others are more than happy to critique everything from your writing skills to your wild prom outfit. There's tons of pressure to start dating, but you can never be sure if you're truly an item or just texting buddies. These social and developmental issues are made no better by decrepit buildings and inedible cafeteria food. 

If you're done with high school, you're probably more than a little glad to be rid of some educational baggage. If nothing else, no one twice your age will ever stop you from going to the bathroom again. Vote up the common rules and occurrences you feel blessed to leave in the past.
