If you grew up in the '90s you probably watched Rugrats, and were enamored with the adventures of Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, and Angelica. Everyone remembers Angelica as the bully of the group, but you may not recall just how mean she could be. From turning babies against one another to telling the other rugrats their parents didn't love them anymore, Angelica was basically the Machiavelli of '90s children's television.

Angelica Convinces Tommy, Phil, and Lil That Chuckie is an Alien
What She Did: Angelica told the babies that Chuckie and his dad are aliens to prevent them from playing in the new playhouse.
Why It Was Horrible: Just another example of Angelica turning friends against one another for her own gain.

Angelica Tries to Turn the Babies Against Each Other with Pranks

What She Did: Angelica caused chaos among the babies by doing mean things to them and blaming each action on a different person.
Why It Was Horrible: Playing pranks on the babies isn't out of character Angelica, but to do so as a means of creating an anarchic state of confusion and pit the babies against each other... that's straight savage.
What She Did: Angelica stole a remote control with the power to blow up planets.
Why It Was Horrible: Blowing up planets is next-level naughtiness. Angelica had no regard for life on other planets or her disruptions to the balance of the universe.

Angelica Tells Chuckie a Watermelon Seed Will Grow Inside His Stomach and Explode
What She Did: Angelica tells Chuckie that a watermelon seed he swallowed will grow, and subsequently explode, in his stomach. The explosion might just kill him.
Why It Was Horrible: To convince someone of their impending death, especially a baby, is wack.

Angelica Forces the Babies to Compete to Be in Her Club
What She Did: Angelica built a fort out of pillows and sheets, with entrance exclusive to club members. Anyone who actually got in the club after intense competition became Angelica's servant. #childlaborlawviolation
Why It Was Horrible: Angelica, on a crazed power trip, used her age and size as an advantage over the babies. She also, you know, basically forced babies into slavery.
What She Did: Angelica brought her cat Fluffy over to Tommy's one day. Fluffy proceeded to destroy the place, but rather than allow her sweet monster to take the blame, Angelica put it all on Spike, Tommy's dog.
Why It Was Horrible: Angelica felt no guilt whatsoever when her cat made a mess of things, nor did she feel remorse about blaming it on Spike.
