Every UFC fight has the potential to end in a horrific way given the nature of violence in each fight. Some fights clearly stand out more for the worst injuries occurred during battle.

Submission specialists and knockout artists are the two styles of fighters that most cause injuries. The brutal shots to another fighter’s head can cause severe damage and a referee stoppage. However, submissions are equally as dangerous with the specialists knowing exactly how to break bones. Not to mention the potential for a terrible eye injury.
