Patrick Davell Patterson is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association. He played collegiately for the University of Kentucky. He is a 6'9", 235-pound power forward who grew up in Huntington, West Virginia. During his high school career, Patterson helped lead Huntington High School to three-straight state championships, the last one with help from O. J. Mayo, and was named a McDonald's All-American.
